Silesian eating:
Herbal lard - smalec ziolowy
Ingredients: pork fat fresh 1 kilogram ( about 2 pound).
Sour apples two pieces.
Dried plums 2-3 pieces marjoram, pepper natural mince, thyme, salt
Preparation: plums put to water in cool boiled water for half hour. Pork fat cut and melt on not too firmly golden fried pieces. Peel off apples and cut in cube or slices. Take seeds out of the plums and slice in strips. Add with apples to melted out and sided from fire saucepan with lard. Stear wooden spoon, add spices to flavor.
