Ingrediants: pork fat fresh 1 kilogram ( about 2 pound).
Onion 1 piece.
Precept: pork fat peel off, wash, dry with clean cloth.
Cut in small cube and put to saucepan. Fry from addition onion cutted in quarters, put at the end of frying. Onion should be having bright golden color, and fried pieces should be be crispy. After putting away from fire lard can sift and pour clean to stone pot. Fried pieces can be used to barley sausage, zur soup or wodzionka soup.
