Other location's charge is basic price (as above) plus 0.25 per mile. Free Water Test and Soil Test (fertility, moisture, PH balance, light). Optional: Overseas - add cost of airline ticket + Basic Price + $50.00 / day Video Inspections: add $50.00, Radon Test - $40.00 ( one week ), Electromagnetic Fields and Custom inspections available.
