HOTPRO Woodfired Water Heaters ship via UPS Ground in the continental US and Canada. Our standard UPS freight charges are for the continental US only. We also ship UPS Air to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and to foreign countries worldwide. Please call and ask for the additional charges that apply to your destination.

We also consolidate shipments by sea to destinations in Alaska and Hawaii.

UPS Ground delivers anywhere in the continental US and Canada within 7-10 working days. HOTPRO will ship your order within 7 days of receipt of order, unless otherwise notified.

We have specially designed our packaging to ship UPS. Please inspect your shipment and do not accept damaged packages. Also, unpack and inspect your water heater within 7 days of delivery.

Each water heater contains one large tube with the water heater and one component box with assembly parts.

Your Warranty and assembly instructions are located inside the shipping pouch on your water heater tube.
 
 

HOTPRO Limited Warranty

Hot Products, Inc. warrants that it's woodfired water heaters shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under proper and normal use for which it was intended for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. Products returned under warranty must be with prior authorization from us, freight prepaid. Upon confirmation of defects, HOTPRO will ship a replacement water heater, delivered free of charge. The cost of the return freight paid will also be reimbursed..
