OUR CLUB IS PREPARING AND EDITING SILESIAN WESTERN MOVIES MADE BY

JOZEF KLYK. THOSE MOVIES ARE MADE IN SILESIA IN BOJSZOWY TOWN.

THEY ARE CALLED "SILESIAN TRILOGY " AND ARE ABOUT SILESIAN

EMIGRANTS IN TEXAS IN 1800'S

WE ARE RAISING FUNDS TO HELP FINISH THIS HISTORICAL WORK OF MR. JOZEF

Bojszowyman, JÓZEF K£YK made famouse his town. We had television networks from USA, Grmany and othern western countries not believing how one man could make movies almost everything by himself. Western movies about Silesians going to Texas for better future and fredom they never had at home.

He started when he was 17 and made first movie about Charlie Chaplin, Harold Loyd, Buster Keaton and others. Next he made his silesian movie about Silesian Freedom Fighters called " Ku Polsce" - To Poland. they were made with 8 mm camera the only Mr. Klyk had. " Yes they were sometimes laughing from me but I had always full movie theaters"

AMERICAN CONNECTIONS

There were no indications Mr. Klyk will make western movies. One day he red book about a town in Texas with very familiar name - PANNA MARIA! In that town lived only Silesians! Than he rememberd how one old man in Bojszowy Town talked about Silesian Americans. Mr. Dubiel lived in Texas for many years and return back to his smal town in Silesia.When asked where is Texas , he used to say" Tam, kandy sloonce zachodzi" that means - ther where sun gows down. There was another 84 years old man Pietrek Sklorz, that spent most of his live in America whose privete property was a holy name. When Germans at WWII try to enter his property he defendet it the old wester movie style. He was killed by those Germans soldiers .
84-years old Emanuel Uszok, Helped with his advise as he lived and traveld across Texas and other states . He met many grand childrens of First Texas Silesian emigrants. He was shocked! - They could Speak Silesian language just like he!

FIRST SUCCESS STORY

From those very interestin stories and book Mr Klyk made his first western movie "Czlowiek znikad"- THE MAN FROM NOWHERE - about history of one Silesian - Wawrzyn Zlotka, who escape Prussian partition of Silesia and ends up in Texas. He meets a man who speaks silesian language and...This movie got many awords.

Next movie "Wanted" and "Full smierci" says about what happend to Wawrzyn Zlotka on his journey in Texas.
He gets in trouble with KU KLUX KLAN and decide to return to his home town in Silesia. This movie was made in 1984-1986

Mr Klyk has concluded his Silesian Western Movies and we are trying to finish his 8 mm movies to video format and computer improvements are being implemented with English translation. If we can raise enough money we will be able finish Mr. Klyk's lifetime work that everybody can see those Silesian Westerns using video of your homes's comfort.Those movies at this time are not available anywher but in our Silesia Club - USA.
