Palace at Borzyslawice was built in the second half of XVIII th century. It was reconstructed in the second half of XIX century. Its space is ca. 2100 m3, the effective area ca. 420 m2. There are orchards and plough-land in the direct neighbourhood of the palace of approx. 12ha.
The palace requires some repairing works. After necessary adaptation works will be carried out it would be very good suited to a recreational-touristic centre, a hotel or holiday centre.

sasiedztwie znajduja sie nalezace do zabytku sady oraz grunty uprawne o pow. ok. 12 ha.
Palac wymaga niewielkiego remontu. Po przeprowadzenlu niezbednych prac adaptacyjnych swietnie nadaje sie na osrodek rekreacyjno-turystyczny, hotel lub osrodek wczasowy. 

Der Palast in Borzyslawice stammt aus der II.Hälfte des XVIII Jabrhunderts. Er wurde in der II Hälfte des XIX. Jahrhunderts umgebaut. Die Kubatur des Objekts beträgt ca. 2.100 m3 und seine Nutzungsflache ca. 420 m2. In direkter Nachbarschaft des Palastes befinden sich die zum Objekt gehorenden Obstgärten und Ackerböden von der Kläche etwa 12 ha.
Der Palast erfordert eine geringe Instandsetzung. Nach den notwendigen Adaptationsarbeiten taugt er ausgezeichnet für ein Rekreations- und Turistenzentrum, Hotel oder Ferienheim.
