Palace at Komorzno was built in the XVIIIth century in the classicistic
style. During the IInd World War it was partly destroyed. Rebuilt in 1947
and lately repaired for a second time, hence it is in a very good technical
condition. Space of building is 2450 m3, the effective area is ca. 400
m2. The building is completely provided with a cellar. Up today the palace
has maintained its original interior decorations. It is surrounded by a
4 ha park.
After adaptation it may be adjusted for a holiday centre, hotel or
foe business centre.
Palac w Komorznie wybudowany zostal w XVIII w. w stylu klasycystycznym. Czesciowemu zniszczeniu ulegl podczas II wojny swiatowej. Odbudowany w 1947 roku, po ostatnio przeprowadzonym remoncie znajduje sie w bardzo dobrym stanie technicznyrn. Kubatura obiektu wynosi 2.450 m3, powierzchnla uzytkowa ok. 400 m2. Jest calkowicie podpiwniczony. W palacu do dnia dzisiejszego zachowany zostal oryginalny wystroj wnetrz. Obiekt okala 4-ha park. Po adaptacji mozna wykorzystac go jako osrodek wczasowy, hotel oraz do prowadzenia samodzielnej dzialalnosci gospodarczej.
Der Palast in Komorzno wurde im XVIII. Jahrhundert Im klasstzistischen
Baustil gebaut. Im Zweiten Weltkrieg wurde er teilweise zerstort. Im Jahre
1947 wiederaufgebaut, nach der letztens durchgeführten Instandsetzung
befindet sich im sehr guten technischen Zustand. Die Kubatur des Objekts
beträgt 2.450 m3, seine Nutzugsflache ca. 400 m2.
Der Palast ist voll unterkellert.
Im Palast ist bis heute der originelle Ausputz der Innenräume
erhalten. Das Bauwerk ist vom etwa 4 ha großen Park umgeben. Nach
der Adaptation kann er als ein Ferienheim, ein Hotel fungieren oder für
selbständige wirtschaftliche Tätigkeit bastimmt werden.
