Palace at Dabrowka Gorna exists since the II-nd half of the XVIIth century.
It is built in the Baroque style but in the XVIIIth and at the beginning
of XXth century it was successively rebuilt. It is a two-storeyed building
of ca. 1500 m2 area and space of ca. 15300 m3.
In the neighbourhood is a small park. The building is in a good technical
condition and requires only small adaptations. It is suitable for a hotel
or for business purposes.

barokowym kolejnym przebudowom podlegal w XVIII w. i na poczatku XX w.
Jest to dwukondygnacyjny obiekt o powierzchni uzytkowej ok. 1.500 m2, kubaturze
ok. 15.300 m3. W sasiedztwie palacu znajduje sie niewielki park. Obiekt
jest w dobrym stanie technicznym. Wymaga jedynie niewielkiej adaptacji.
Palac moze byc wykorzystany jako hotel lub do prowadzenia samodzielnej
dzialalnosci gospodarczej.
Der Palast in Dabrowka Gorna stammt als der II. Halfte des XVII.Jahrhunderts.
Im Barockstil errichtet wurde er danach im XVIII. und am Anfang des XX.
Jahrhunderts umgebaut. Das ist ein zweigeschossiges Objekt, dessen Nutzungsfläche
ca. 1.500 m2 und Kubatur ca. 15.300 m3
befragen.
In unmittelbarer Nahe des Palastes befindet sich ein kleiner Park.
Das Objekt ist im guten technischen Zustand erhalten, erforderlich ist
es nur kleine Adaptation. Der Palast eignet sich für ein Hotel. Hier
kann auch selbständige wirtschaftliche Tatigkeit gefuhrt werden.
