The palace at Lubliniec was built in the XVIIth century. It is a beautiful
building of 9400 m3 space and 974 m2 effective area. It is situated on
the remains of the park on grounds of the county hospital. The building
is composed into the technical infrastructure of the hospital in regards
of cold and warm water, central heating, electric power. The palace is
in a bad condition and requires major repairs.
After adaptation work the palace could be adjusted to a luxurious home
for the aged, private medical centre or private health and consulting center.

jest w infrastrukure techniczna Szpitala w zakresie zimnej i cieplej wody,
centralnego ogrzewania, energii elektrycznej a takze mozliwe jest korzystanie
z bazy Szpitala w zakresle uslug socjalno-bytowych.
Palac znajduje sie w zlym stanie technicznym - wymaga kapitalnego remontu.
Po przeprowadzeniu prac adaptacyjnych doskonale nadaje ale na luksusowy
dom starcow, prywatne gabinety lekarskie lub prywatny osrodek zdrowia.
Der Palast in Lubliniec wurde im XVII. Jahrhundert errichtet. Das ist
ein schönes Objekt von der Kubatur 9400 m3 und Nutzungsfläche
974 m2. Der Palast ist in den Uberresten des Parks auf dem zum Wojewodschaftskrankenhaus
gehörenden Gebiet gelegen. Das Gebäude ist in technische Infrastruktur
des Krankenhauses in bezug auf kaltes und warmes Wasser, Zentralheizung
und Elketroenergie eingefügt. Es besteht ebenfalls die Möglichkeit
die Basis des Krankenhauses im Bereich dessen sozial - materiellen Dienstleistungen
zu beanspruchen.
Der Palast ist im schlechten technischen Zustand - es ist eine Kapitalreparatur
erforderlich.
Nach den Adaptationsarbeiten taugt er ausgezeichnet für ein luxuriöses
Alters heim, private Arztepraxis oder private Poliklinik.
