The palace at Klobukowice was built in the half of XIXth century. It
is a two-storeyes building of approx. 3150 m3 space and 503 m2 effective
area.
The palace is situated on grounds of a beautiful landscape park with
old trees and a large lake. Area of the park is 11 ha.
Technical condition of the palace is very good. After some adaptation
work it can serve as a hotel, holiday center or exclusive Inn.

jest na terenie przepieknego parku krajobrazowego, porosnietego starodrzewem,
na terenie ktorego znajduje sie duze jezioro.
Powierzchnia parku wynosi 11 ha.Palac znajduje sie w bardzo dobrym
stanie technicznym.
Po przeprowadzeniu prac adaptacynych moze funkcjonowac jako hotel,
osrodek wczasowy, ekskluzywny zajazd.
Der Palast in Klobukowice stammt aus der Hälfte des XIX. Jahrhunderts.
Das ist ein zweistockiges Gebäude von der Kubatur etwa 3150 m3
und Nutzungsfläche 503 m2.
Der Palast ist auf dem Gelande eines wunderschönen von Altholz
bewachsenen Landschaftsparks gelegen, auf dessen Fläche sich auch
ein großer See befindet. Die Fläche des Parks beträgt 11
ha. Der Pala ist im sehr guten technischen Zustand. Nach den Adaptationsarbeiten
kann er als Hotel, Erholungsheim, luxuriöser Gasthof fungieren.
