The complex is located in the village Zerniki Wielkie (local administration
Zurawina),
approx. 5 km from the highway on its segment Brzeg-Legnica. The total
area of this complex is 6 ha and 5372 m2 (a park and pond inclusive, which
area is 3 ha and 675 m2).
The complex consists of: a manor-house (useable space aprox. 700 m2),
a palace (useable space approx. 1836 m2), nine farm-buildings forming a
farm (useable space 2794 m2), three dwelling-houses (useable space approx.
570 m2), ten other buildings (useable space 503 m2).
The property is of a realic character. In the cellars of the manor-house
XVII-th century vaults remained; the palace is of a neogothic style, originating
from the 60-th of the previous century. The buildings are in a different
technical state now. This is a big, attractively located property, which
can become a magnificent residence, recreation centre or a place for free-enterprise
activity.

Der Komplex hat den Charakter eines Denkmals. In den Hofkellern sind Gewölbe aus dem XVII Jahrhundert erhalten; der Palast wurde in den 60-er Jahren des vorigen Janrhunderts im Neogothischen Stil erbaut. Die Gebäude befinden sich im verschiedenen technischen Zustand.
