The mansion complex in Domanice (Local Administration Mietkow) is situated
on the slope of the river Bystrzyca Klodzka, dated from the beginning of
the XIX century.
Its walls contain fragments of earlier palace foundations originating
from the XV century. The useable space of building is 5101 m2, the total
volume of the complex, including palace, out-building, pavillion, guard-house,
is 28847 m3. It is located on the tract Wroclaw-Swidnica, nearby the mount
Sobotka, the artificial lake Mietkowski and the sportsairfield.
The palace is separated from the buildings of the village Domanice
by a moat and a landscape park. The complex requires capital repair and
conservatory works. It can be, in the future, adapted for a hotel, luxury
recreation centre or an international musical centre.
