Palace at Wedrynia was built at 1860. Space of building is ca. 11000
m3 effective area approx. 1300 m2. The palace is situated on grounds of
wonderful park with many old trees.
Lately, it was repaired and the building is now in a very good technical
condition. It requires some adaptation work and then it may be suitable
for a hotel, holiday centre or for business activities.

przepieknego parku krajobrazowego pokrytego przewaznie starodrzewern. Po
ostatnio przeprowadzonym remoncie obiekt znajduje sie w bardzo dobrym stanie
technicznym.
Po dokonaniu niewielkich prac adaptacyinych mozna zorganizowac tu hotel,
osrodek wczasowy lub podjac samodzielna dzlalalnosc gospodarcza.
Der Palast in Wedrynia stammt aus dem Jahre 1860. Die Kubatur des Objekts beträgt ca. 11.000 m3 und die Nutzungafläche ca. 1.300 m2. Der Palast befindet sich auf dem Gelände eines wunderschönen Landschaftsparks, vorwiegend mit Altholz bewachsen. Nach der letztens durchgeführten Renovierung ist das Objekt im sehr guten technischen Zustand. Nach einigen kleinen Adaptationsarbeiten kann hier ein Hotel, ein Ferienheim eingerichtet werden. Es ist auch möglich, selbständige wirtschaftliche Tätigkeit zu führen.
